Our mission is to increase the quality and consistency of autism treatment across Wisconsin. This is accomplished through steadfast dedication to training, supervision and mentoring.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality treatment to clients and families across Wisconsin in the most flexible way possible. We realize that having a child that struggles with the challenges of developmental delays can cause significant stress on the entire family. We want to be flexible so we do not add to that stress. Combining high levels of expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis, years of experience programming for children with autism, and a flexible partnership with parents leads to progress, which is achieved with minimal stress on the family.
Too often treatment is just a collection of programs which makes little sense to parents. Most parents are focused on concerns such as "when will my child start talking", or "when will I be able to go to church with my child". Treatment should always focus on where a child will be when they are an adult. Programs should focus on building skills which are key to learning in a more natural way. The core deficits in autism spectrum disorders revolve around motivational factors. We need to build the desire to be with and relate to people. Learning to communicate is one key. Loving being with others is another. Once the desire to be with others and the ability to communicate with others is strong, we can move on to teaching global and subtle social skills.
Our main office is in Green Bay, "Go Pack!!". We believe that treatment should be provided in the natural environment so we have treatment teams from Milwaukee, Madison, Janesville, Sheboygan, Manitowoc, and Oshkosh to Rhinelander, Marinette and Oconto. Our goal is to serve all families across Wisconsin in need of our services.
We provide diagnostic evaluations, consultations, and treatment. We work to integrate educational, speech and language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy and behavioral expertise into each program. Whether you are a parent or treatment provider, come join our team and partner with us to help every child progress to their own individual potential.
